Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Mighty account and select 'Request Return' next to your order to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Gear

  Place the item in its original packaging including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund eligibility.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
